Morpholine, also known as 1,4-oxazepine, diethyleneimine oxide, is a colorless alkaline oily liquid with ammonia odor and hygroscopicity. It can volatilize with water vapor and is miscible with water. It is soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, benzene, ether, pentane, methanol, ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, and propylene glycol. Vapor and
air form an explosive mixture with an explosion limit of 1.8% to 15.2% (volume fraction). Morpholine is a secondary
amine, and it also has the properties of inorganic acid and organic acid at the same time, which can generate salts
and amides. Morpholine contains secondary amine groups and has all the typical reaction characteristics of
secondary amine groups. It reacts with inorganic acid to form salt, and reacts with organic acid to form salt or
amide. It can undergo alkylation reaction, and can also react with ethylene oxide and ketone or carry out Willgerodt
reaction. Due to the unique chemical properties of morpholine, it has become one of the fine petrochemical
products with important commercial uses. It can be used to prepare rubber vulcanization accelerators such as NOBS,
DTOS and MDS, rust inhibitors, chemicalbook corrosion inhibitors, and cleaning agents. Agents, detergents,
analgesics, local anesthetics, tranquilizers, respiratory and vascular stimulants, surfactants, optical bleaching agents,
fruit preservatives, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, etc., used in rubber, medicine, pesticides, dyes, paints, etc.

morpholinoguanidine, viruline, ibuprofen, coughidine, naproxen, dichloroaniline, sodium phenylacetate and so on.
